Privacy Policy
Schulte Media · Last updated: September 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Schulte Media ("Schulte Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit schultemedia.com (the "Site"), use our AI intake box, book a call with us, or otherwise interact with our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Intake box submissions. When you use the "describe your business" box, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you enter, your description of your business and how leads reach you, and your selections (such as team size and content library). We also record your consent to be contacted.
- Booking information. When you schedule a call through our calendar, we collect the name, contact details, and any notes you provide in the booking form, along with the appointment details.
- Communications. If you email, call, or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. Our website platform automatically collects standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions and basic analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site features.
Information we do not want
Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the intake box — for example, health information, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or confidential details about specific individuals or legal matters. The box is for describing your business, not for transmitting client or case data.
2. How We Use Information
- To generate a response to your inquiry, including an AI-assisted illustration of how our systems could apply to your business;
- To contact you about your inquiry, which you expressly consent to when you check the consent box before submitting;
- To schedule, confirm, and conduct calls you book with us, including reminders;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- To keep business records of inquiries and client relationships;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.
3. AI Processing
Business descriptions submitted through the intake box are processed by a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (currently Anthropic) in order to generate the response shown to you. Your submission is transmitted to that provider for processing and handled under our agreement with them. AI-generated responses are produced automatically and are illustrative only; see our Terms of Service for important limitations.
4. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers. We use trusted third-party platforms to operate our business, including our website and CRM platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our AI provider (Anthropic), email delivery services, and calendar/scheduling services. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services to us.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Schulte Media, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Schulte Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not share personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain inquiry records, contact information, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time as described in Section 7.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable third-party infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, correction, deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address in Section 12. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and as required by applicable law.
- Marketing opt-out. You may opt out of further contact from us at any time by replying to any of our emails or contacting us directly.
- Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request deletion of your personal information; (c) request correction of inaccurate personal information; and (d) not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (your inquiry and any engagement records), and internet activity (usage data as described above). We collect them for the business purposes described in Section 2. We do not sell or "share" (as defined by the CPRA) personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. To exercise your rights, contact us using the information in Section 12; we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
